DC-732 Black Silicone/Transparent Waterproof Sealant

Dow Corning DC732 is a one-component, multi-purpose sealant rubber that adheres to various substrates. It features excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, and extreme temperature tolerance, does not flow, and cures at room temperature and humidity into a tough, flexible rubber.

Primary Uses: For general sealing and bonding, or as a viscous rubber or plastic filler for gap filling.

Description: Dowsil 732 multi-purpose sealant is a paste-like, one-component silicone RTV suitable for a variety of industrial sealing and bonding applications. It cures at room temperature by reacting with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible silicone rubber.Dowsil 732 multi-purpose sealant features include:

1. Non-slumping: Can be applied to ceilings or vertical surfaces without sagging or detachment.

2. Excellent resistance to weather, vibration, moisture, ozone, and extreme high or low temperatures.

3. Wide operating temperature range. The cured material (for most colors) remains flexible when used continuously from -76°F to 350°F (-60°C to 177°C) or intermittently up to 400°F (204°C). When higher temperature performance is required, Dowsil 732 multi-purpose sealant (black) remains flexible continuously at 400°F (204°C) or intermittently up to 450°F (232°C).

3. Bonds to a variety of material surfaces.
